Q.Do you use your own fitters or subcontractors?
Our own team, always. Every Watertight bathroom is installed end-to-end by our in-house fitters — we have seven of them — with no subcontracted trades. It is the single biggest reason the finish is so consistent, and why reviewers keep the same fitters' names in their reviews.
Q.What's included in the price?
Everything. Our all-inclusive fixed pricing covers the full project from start to finish — including the electrician, plasterer and decorating. As one reviewer put it, 'the price quoted included everything from start to finish.' You know the cost before we begin, with no mid-project surprises.
Q.How long does a bathroom take to fit?
A typical project runs ten or more working days, depending on the size of the room and the specification. Our fitters arrive at 8am and remove all waste at the end of each day, so disruption is kept to a minimum throughout.
Q.Will I be kept updated during the work?
Yes. We set up a WhatsApp group for your project so you get daily updates between you, the fitter and the showroom. Reviewers mention it often — being 'kept informed throughout via the WhatsApp group' is part of how we work.
Q.Do you design the bathroom before starting?
Always. We produce a 3D CAD design presentation before any work begins, presented at the showroom or in your home. It follows a design appointment (around two hours) and a home visit with a full technical survey, so you can see and approve the room before we lift a tile.
Q.Do you fit accessible and mobility bathrooms?
Yes — and we're a council-approved mobility-bathroom supplier for York, Kirklees and Wakefield councils. We install walk-in showers, grab bars, non-slip flooring and easy-access layouts, for council-funded and private work alike. Council-funded installations carry a 12-month guarantee; private work, two years.
Q.Which brands do you supply?
Our showrooms carry leading European names including Porcelanosa, Hansgrohe, Ca' Pietra, Pelipal, Novellini, Dansani, Aqualla, JTP, Ambiance Bain and Adamsez. Seeing them side by side in the showroom is the best way to compare finishes before you choose.
Q.Are you insured and accredited?
We're a CHAS-approved contractor — independently assessed for health, safety and competence — and hold a perfect 10/10 across more than a hundred Checkatrade reviews, alongside a five-star Google rating. Private installations carry a two-year labour guarantee.
