Bespoke Bathroom Design & Installation
This is what Watertight does best: a complete bathroom, designed and installed from start to finish by our own people. No subcontractors, no handing you between trades — the same in-house team that plans the room fits it, including the electrics, plastering and decorating. It is why reviewers describe the whole process as 'stress free' and the finish as 'perfect'. One firm, one relationship, one all-inclusive price.
En-Suite Bathrooms
En-suites are their own discipline — every centimetre counts, and a poorly planned layout shows immediately. We CAD-plan en-suites specifically to get the most out of a compact footprint, siting the shower, WC and basin so the room feels considered rather than crammed. One customer came back to us for a second en-suite; another turned a shower cubicle into a wet room. Small rooms, done properly.
Shower Rooms
A dedicated shower room, designed around how you actually use it and finished with premium brand fixtures. From frameless enclosures to walk-in layouts and rainfall showers, we specify the fittings from names like Hansgrohe and Novellini, then install to a standard reviewers call 'exceptionally good'. As with every Watertight room, the tiling, waterproofing and brassware are all handled by the same in-house team.
Wet Rooms
A wet room is only as good as the waterproofing you can't see. We install open-plan wet rooms with specialist tanking (waterproof membrane) and CAD-planned drainage falls, so the floor sheds water exactly as it should and the room stays watertight for years. One reviewer turned a small en-suite with a shower cubicle into a wet room and called the result 'a transformation' by 'an exceptional craftsman'.
Mobility & Accessible Bathrooms
We are a council-approved mobility-bathroom supplier for York, Kirklees and Wakefield councils, delivering accessible bathrooms to a public-body standard — walk-in and level-access showers, grab bars, non-slip flooring and easy-access layouts. Private accessible work is equally welcome. Council-funded installations carry a 12-month guarantee; private mobility work, our full two-year labour guarantee.
3D / CAD Design Presentation
Before a single tile is lifted, we produce a 3D CAD presentation of your new bathroom and walk you through it — at the showroom or in your own home. Seeing the layout, finishes and fittings rendered together removes the guesswork of a considered purchase and lets you adjust the design while changes cost nothing. It is the step that makes the finished room feel inevitable rather than hoped-for.
Washrooms & Cloakrooms
Not every project is a full bathroom. We design and fit bespoke cloakrooms and compact washrooms — the downstairs WC, the awkward under-stairs space, the small second toilet — with the same care and specification as a main bathroom. A well-planned cloakroom punches above its size, and it's often the quickest way to add real quality to a home.
Home Visit & Technical Survey
A design on paper is one thing; the reality of your walls, pipework and floor is another. After the showroom appointment we visit your home to measure precisely and carry out a technical survey — checking the practicalities that determine what's genuinely possible. It's how we give an all-inclusive fixed price with confidence, rather than a guess that changes once work starts.
Full Project Management
Because everything is in-house, project management is genuinely joined up. You get a dedicated single point of contact throughout, and a WhatsApp group that keeps you, the fitter and the showroom updated every day — reviewers repeatedly mention being 'kept informed throughout via the WhatsApp group'. Fitters arrive at 8am and clear all waste each evening, so the disruption to your home is kept to a minimum.
Removal, Disposal & Aftercare
We handle the full removal and disposal of your old bathroom suite as part of the job, and clear waste from site daily rather than leaving it piled up. When the room is finished, our aftercare stands behind it: a two-year labour guarantee on private installations, and 12 months on council-funded work. The relationship doesn't end at handover.
