En-suites are their own discipline — every centimetre counts. We use CAD planning to work out the layout before anything is fitted, then design around it: the right shower enclosure, a wall-hung vanity to free up floor, the tiling that makes a small room feel considered rather than cramped. Sharon came back to us a second time for hers; Karen and Linda both had en-suite and small wet-room transformations they describe as 'a lovely end result'.

A wet room is only as good as what you can't see. We handle the specialist waterproofing — full tanking of the floor and walls — and CAD-plan the drainage falls so water goes exactly where it should. Linda visited both showrooms, took advice from Tim, and had her small en-suite transformed into a wet room by Tris, 'an exceptional craftsman who suggested some small tweaks to enhance the design'. The result: 'wow, what a transformation'.

Small rooms are where design earns its keep. For cloakrooms and compact washrooms we plan a layout that fits a proper basin, WC and storage without the room feeling squeezed — the same CAD planning, the same premium fittings, scaled to the space. It is the kind of considered compact work that makes a downstairs loo feel like part of the house, not an afterthought.

Between the showroom appointment and the design, we come to you. The home visit is a proper technical survey — measuring up, checking the existing plumbing and electrics, and spotting the practical constraints a plan on paper can miss. It is what lets us quote one honest, all-inclusive fixed price rather than a figure that moves once the tiles come off.

Your old bathroom leaves with us. We handle the full strip-out and disposal of the old suite, and — unusually — remove all the day's waste every evening rather than letting it pile up in a skip on the drive. Reviewers describe fitters who didn't leave 'until everything was cleared away & the floors cleaned', keeping a ten-day project livable.

The starting point for every project is a design appointment: around two hours at the Harrogate or Horsforth showroom, with the European brand displays in front of you and a designer — Tim or Alison — working through what you want. Seeing the tiling, brassware and sanitaryware in person, in real light, is what makes the decisions easier. Appointments are booked in advance so you have the time and attention to do it properly.
