A shower cubicle turned into a wet room
The brief — A very small en-suite with a tired shower cubicle — the kind of awkward space most firms would simply re-fit like-for-like rather than rethink.
What we did — After discussions at both the Horsforth and Harrogate showrooms and a home visit, the room was reworked as an open-plan wet room with specialist tanking and CAD-planned drainage. The all-inclusive price covered electrician, plasterer and decorating, and a WhatsApp group kept daily updates flowing.

A second en-suite, fitted stress-free
The brief — A returning customer wanting a new en-suite — with the expectation, set by the first project, that the quality and the tidiness would be exactly the same again.
What we did — The same fitter, Ashley, carried out the installation, from the selection of high-quality products through to the tiling. The house was cleared and the floors cleaned every evening, keeping disruption to a minimum from first day to handover.

A shower room, built exactly to brief
The brief — A homeowner who knew precisely what they wanted from a new shower room — and needed it built with minimal disruption to a busy daily routine.
What we did — The room was designed and installed end-to-end by the in-house team, finished to a standard the customer called 'exceptionally good'. Premium fixtures, expert workmanship, and a process kind and helpful throughout.

Planned with Tim, fitted by Brandon
The brief — Planning a new bathroom from scratch — where the join between the designer's plan and the fitter's work is usually where quality is won or lost.
What we did — Tim planned the room in the showroom; Brandon fitted it. Because both are part of the same in-house team, the finished bathroom matched the plan — great products, a great quality finish, and updates via the WhatsApp group throughout.
